  2006 January 13th A call came to the local police station in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. Bank of Rio is being robbed. They are aggressive, armed and dangerous. After receiving the information, the bank was surrounded by about 100 policemen wearing automated rifles from various police stations. Police found 5 thieves and 24 hostages inside. A voice was coming from upstairs. So the police realized that they were stealing from the upper floor. The police did not enter, thinking that if they went upstairs, they would kill the hostages. The police asked them through a mega phone to raise their hands and walk back out. But the answer was a warning shoot from inside the bank. The robbers threatened to kill all the hostages if they entered. After a while, the police made telephone contact with the robbers and tried to persuade them.
